Solved - MJW #1062 - Davrian Sports Saloon/Estate prototype
« on: December 25, 2012, 04:46:08 PM »
Only four pages of Rookie puzzles and nine of Pros!
Clearly we need some new Rookie puzzles - the new Rookies are proving their expertise so far!
We Pros may complain but we have plenty of puzzles to solve.......

I intend to post quite a few Rookie puzzles in the coming weeks to help top up the level and start off with one tonight as follows -

Identify the marque this model was made for and what it was called for a point
(it was never fully completed but a body was built)

I think this is the scale model for a Davrian fam,ily car that never reached production.
Did it have a name? I can't remember, but could look it up.
It's as much fun to scare as to be scared

Yes this was the model for Adrian Evans' family car.
It didn't really have a name per se but was termed a "xxxxx xxxxxx"
LOCKED for you to complete......

That took me a while!
Anyway: it's the Davrian Sports Saloon, although the caption in my book speaks about Sports Estate...

It was worth it!
I know it has been mentioned as the Davrian Sports Saloon but also captioned as the Davrian Sports Estate (in the same book as you have). In fact I seem to recall it named the Davrian Devil Sports Saloon but I can't find the reference to that at the moment.
Another point for you.
