The body looks awfully similar; is it Gord Henderson's Ratel Mk 1 then?

Begra was a series manufacturer, I believe. This car is not from such a manufacturer.

Sorry - I missed that. Not Gord Henderson's Ratel Mk 1. That one had a Ford engine, didn't it?

The body is very similar to the Ray-Ford Special (from the rear anyway), so is it an off-the-shelf body?

From the front and side, there are significant differences. I believe it to be a one-off

I thought it might be small, but not that small. Even knowing the race class, I've found nothing yet. Fiat engine ?

Thanks for the lock.

It's the Scrounger-Saab, built and raced by Dick Jacobs in 1962.

Well done, I was waiting for you to fail! Apparently he was assisted in the build by Jim Gladish.
