I have it as a D-Wagen 5/20 PS in contemporary literature (see below), some other sources speak of the 5/25 PS, as I did when I posted it as a puzzle of my own: http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=22774

There is a nice Swiss site about the D-Rad which also contains a page for the D-Wagen.

I saw it (the photo I posted comes from a brochure pictured in that site), but as you say, somewhere it's described as 5/20, otherwhere as 5/25.
