Well, targhediferro might still get the point, but a bit of clarification.

This is a Prince Super-Miler from at least 1962 - the first year of the slanted quad headlights.
I think the model name was T431.
This was the one Prince vehicle that survived the Nissan buyout in 1966, since Nissan didn't have a medium-duty pickup in their lineup.

I believe this vehicle is:
A Prince Miler AT 431 Model Year 1964.

Correct, though I have the full name as Prince Miler LIAT 431, but you are are close enough.
