It looks as if it may be Mini-powered, but after an extensive search in all my reference books (and despite having seen it somewhere before), I can't find anything about it. It may be a 1970s British kit car with a Mini subframe to the front. :-\

This car was indeed built by Doran:
Rick Doran's Critter, prototype built by Rick: steel backbone chassis and a foam and GPR body.
Engine is a Subaru 1781cc boxer, 82bhp, 125mph, 1280lb, 46mpg.
Front wheel drive.
