The car's name is Arola Star 55. It was developed by Xavier de la Chapelle for the Arola company. Later on it was marketed by de la Chapelle's own company Stimula as the Bugatti Junior 55. Nowadays it is marketed as the De la Chapelle Type 55 Junior.

The heading should be changed to Arola Star 55.
