I keep seeing the Chrysler Altlantic, in the sweep of the fenders and the form of the side/door glass area ...... could this have been a "proof of concept" clay model for the Atlantic?

Indeed, found it back. John Hutnick's custom (or maybe Hutnick Custom is the name, not only a reference) at 2000 Santa Barbara concours.
