Not that

It appears to me that this isn't a car, but a model of a car.  It could be of wood, clay. or some other material, but, given the person in white in the background, I'm guessing that this model is some sort of pastry, probably cake.  I doubt that it is supposed to be an exact model, but it appears to resemble a 1936 Delahaye 135 Competition Court Figoni et Falaschi coupe, or similar.  If I'm right, this puzzle is literally a piece of cake.

it is a clay model but not a cake :)
i need a name of this proposal and it is not Delahaye

How about one of the many variations on the Bugatti Type 57, or, if not, possibly a variation of the Talbot-Lago T150?

If not a Delahaye, is it a Delage?
As it's not Figoni & Falsaschi, is it by Saoutchik?

I haven't heard back regarding the Sodomka/Aero 50 idea, but I'm beginning to think I might have been looking on the wrong side of the pond.  If this isn't a Sodomka proposal, might it be a 1935 Gordon Buehrig/Vince Gardner clay model proposal for an Auburn facelift, which was to later morph into the Cord 810.
