Indeed it is; apparently with a 298 cc engine.
Didn't think it was quite so easy!

Hai Yan SW 210, a chinese microcar, launched in 1966.

297 cc single-cylinder, 13 hp, 560 kilos, the dimensions of a Fiat 500 and a shape that seems to be inspired by the Autobianchi Bianchina Berlina.

You've got the right car but can you check that model number as I have something just a little different?
Locked for you of course..

I have it as a Hai Yan SW 210, launched in 1966, in a René Bellu encyclopaedia, and I suppose he talked about it when it was new in l'Auto-Journal.

I've seen though that some others says it is a 1970 Haiyan SW 710... Bellu can make mistakes, but I tend to believe he's right for that one.

OK, I'm not sure.
Googling for the SW 710 produces a few pictures but I haven't been able to produce any by Googling for SW 210..
Apparently "Hai Yan" translates as "Sea Swallow".
1 point to you anyway.

Late last year the Shanghai Automobile Museum had a temporary exhibition, titled China on Wheels and they did a nice photoshoot of Mr Bai's Haiyan SW710, the only surviving car which now sports a Lifan motorcycle engine.
