This is the 1929 Clément & Rochelle Cabriolet Sport. We had the 1928 torpedo (http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=20154.0) and the 1929 racecar (http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=24135, your puzzle car can be seen in the background) before.
