This Citroën roadster registered in the French department of the Manche belonged to Jacques Schwab son of Félix Schwab who was a friend and collaborator of André Citroën.
He had mounted Citroën 22cv front wings on this car.
Jacques Schwab was working at the Citroën Commercial Service and was affected at the Normandy sector.

I'd rather say that those front wings are 22 CV style, but they are surely not original 22 CV parts:

I don't think so. For example, the 22 CV wings were not flared, the Schwab ones are.
