I have a picture in my database which named (or noted by myself) "Virus by Valentin Samoilov "
is it same car , same brand of Samoilov's homemade car , or differe person ( V Samoilov and A.P.Samoilov?)

they looks similiar but not exactly same , so l doubt if this person improve it again after a few years or made a second copy?

This car has nothing to do with Samojlov.

It was made by Evgenij Titsev (Евгений Тицев) and was named "Samo-gonka" (Само-гонка) meaning something like "self-made-race-car". The car also has a nickname Lambozhiga (like Lamborghini-Zhiguli  )
