Looks like a Talbot Lago T26 not sure about the body, I'll try Figoni.

But I don't know the coachbuilder ( Figoni or Saoutchik ... ? )

I think it looks a lot like the work of British coachbuilders Abbott - just saying.
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia
