This is interesting - Eugene Martin was a well-known French racing driver of the time, and took to developing performance equipment for the Peugeot 203. Together with his father he produced a 203-based coupe which was shown at the 1952 Paris Salon, but never went into production. He eventually assisted Salmson in creating the 2300 Sport.
This car is however, a barquette, not a coupe. Do any of our French members know what this car is exactly? Did Martin also produce bodies for the 203 chassis, rather like the British kit-car makers of the 1950s?
