Marcel Riffard did bel et bien designs for Panhard racers for Le Mans, but those cars had a Bisiluro shape and this car has different wheels. He also did design for the Autobleu mille miglia profiled racing car, 4cv based of course. My Wild Guess would be that this one is also Renault based, 1952...

SACO

It's " bel et bien " a Renault based !  :D
Do you know its story ?

qwaszx

this is a rebuilt-car from a renault that crashed before.

Yes ; the Guepard ( SAC#102 ) , after a crash , was rebuilt in 1956 by Heuliez and design by Riffard  !
(Photo after and other crash of the tank ! )
Another point for qwaszx  :)
