1947 Delahaye 135M transformable limousine by Carrossier Antem.
This is the only picture I was able to find and it's not exactly the same car.

1948 Talbot Lago Record T26 four door cabriolet by Antem. Two cars were built, one for the Bey of Tunis and the other for a Mr. Derey.
From behind the Delahaye and the Talbot 4 door cabriolets by Antem are very alike and hard to tell apart. Below is a front view of the car of the Bey of Tunis Muhammad VIII al-Amin, the puzzle car is probably this same one.
