SACO, may I ask you to be more precise when replying? This is not the first time, that your answers are misleading. Nicanary asked you whether this car was French. You said no. Well, this car was built in France from Czech parts. It is great that Allemano knew this car, so he was able to identify it, but otherwise we had no chance of finding this.
Please don't get me wrong. I really enjoy your puzzles, these are great cars. But without proper answers we are just wandering aimlessly. Thank you

Tatra Charriot Speciale.
This car was made by Mr. Roland Charriot based on a Tatra Type 57K of Wermarth.
In February 1945, he bought a burned wreckage from the fields and begins to transform in order to participate in local events. This retains the general architecture, namely the beam frame and the original engine by adapting any of the other pieces sources, including Citroen.
The work on the chassis and mechanical components will be spread over the years 1947 and 1948. Roland Charriot inspired methods (riveting) and materials used in aeronautics (aluminum) to carry the cross, pierced in order lighten up the fireball, the firewall, or the dashboard.
Between February and April 1948, the first frame of the testing is done in Meaux and car, provided with its body, is received by the mines department August 5, 1948.
Roland Charriot retain its creation throughout his life. At his death, his grand-son inherits.
Engine: 4-cylinder boxer, air cooled.
Displacement: 1160 cc.
Original Power: 22cv

French version :

Tatra Charriot Speciale.
Puissance d’origine : 22cv
