I can't identify a possible maker for this futuristic car, but is it perhaps a Darl'Mat job?

?? It's British, then it's partially British, then it's not a British base. The coachbuilding is very Art-Deco, and way too stylish to be British in my opinion.
So I'm confused ! Which part is British?
