1957 Stanguellini Bialbero 750 Sport? If so, Vittorio Stranguellini would be the builder.

You've got the car, although I had a different builder, which may or may not be right as I got the info off the Internet..
I'll lock it for you to see if you can come up with the info I have then tell me whether it's right or wrong!

Could it be Franco Reggiani?

Maybe you're looking for Oberdan Golfieri?  :-\ He disigned the 750cc engine the car is powered by.

I think he did, yes, but it's actually the bodybuilder I'm looking for.
Who did the bodywork?

Is this one still locked?

Compana built the bodies, but my sources list Franco Reggiani as it's designer.

This is not the information I have.
I'll check again on my info but I got it from 2 different (quite reliable) sources so I'd be a bit surprised if it's wrong.
I'll reply tomorrow morning.

As far as I know neither Compana nor Reggiano were involved with this particular Stanguellini.
The name I'm looking for is who I believe to be the builder of the car, although the only references I can find actually refer to him as the designer..

Last go pftnbr then I'll have to open it up!

Well, after much research, I believe it must be Scaglietti.

That's what I was looking for, yes!
Although the info out there says Scaglietti was the designer rather than the builder I'm not 100% sure I believe that.
Scaglietti were first and foremost craftsmen who built many Ferrari racing cars, but whether they actually 'designed' them rather than just crafting functional (albeit very beautiful) bodies I'm not so sure.  And would Scaglietti really have designed a car for someone else to build?  I don't really think so.
