It seems to be an half car and an half caravan, perhaps woody mask to advertise something.

At this point, I have no idea, but some thoughts may get us going.

The coach looks typically British in design. I cannot see which side the steering wheel is on.
The towing vehicle is perhaps a light truck rather than a car?
There appears to be "heavy duty" lights mounted on the rear of the towing vehicle.
So, can this be some sort of "expedition" vehicle??

Edit:  Given Saco's home country and having looked further at the towing vehicle, it seems more French than British to me.

Bill
Cheers

No relation with Fred Bergholt ;it's French !
On the other hand, there is a relation between the car and the caravan  ;)
