For one point: identify the car, and the girl, and why they are pictured together.

Only a correct, complete and specific answer will earn a point; tag-on's to other guesses will not. So, be specific and complete!

Denise McCluggage, in the thick of the fray in American sports car racing, before the '64 Cobra roadster. Drove for Carroll Shelby's Cobra team. Along with her driving abilities, I'm compelled to say she's quite a babe.

Its a promotional shot from a 1964 movie called "The Killers"

The car is a 1964 AC (Shelby) Cobra 289.

Apparently Shelby rented a few Cobras to the movies producers and they used a road going version (this is one of them)for some of the footage as well as a Factory Team Cobra for the racing scenes .

The lady posing with it is actress Angie Dickinson one of the movies stars.

Not her. And not to be rude, but I'd opine that Denise, while a very good driber and enjoyable read in auto magazines, had, as they say, a great face for radio.
