Minette is correct! Early 1970s. The only thing I'd argue with in your answer is that it's not a two-seater - that rear door is supposed to allow access for up to six people! There was even plan to productionise this wee beast

Yes, well done kwgibbs, it is the Mini-based Minette, from c.1973/74. Another point to you.

Sadly I don't know much about it either, apart from the concept being very close to the William Towns BL Minissima.
