Is this perhaps an motorized carriage by Jeecy-Vea, from about 1926?

PA

It is indeed a "PA".

LOCKED for pnegyesi.

What does PA stand for?

And maybe you have a model name? (Which is not Flostroy Motorette like Wendax suggested)

PA stands for Praillet & Antoine.

Maybe it is Perfect. If not: the wikipedia entry lists the Tragatsch motorcycle encyclopedia as a source. I can only check it on Saturday for a model name. It is up to you whether you keep locked it until then.

Well, the model name is not complicated.

It is more like a description of the vehicle itself.

Or better - it says for which target group this was built.

O.K., that´s enough for me.

It is the 1924 Praillet et Antoine Invalide!

When you take a closer look you will see the crank handles to move it with muscular power, too.
