For one point: what is it, and to whom was it originally sold?

Only a correct, complete and specific answer will earn a point; tag-on's to other guesses will not. So, be specific and complete!

Dr. H. C. Garde in his Holsman high wheeler, Maryborough, ca. 1908
Quote
This vehicle was bought by Dr. H. C. Garde and sold to Mr. Zemek, then in 1916, Mr. Sinclair of Marybourgh bought and drove it until 1941. The car was destroyed in Hecker's fire of November 1956. (Description taken from Maryborough Chronicle on 1 June 1955) This vehicle is an American-built Holsman and this model was made in the period, 1907- 1909. It had a distinctive drive system using ropes or rope-coated cables.
