A similar vehicle came up on another forum and I am not sure if this is the same one. In doing a search here, there was also another version that was some sort of closed vehicle that was a puzzle photo some years ago.
In any case, it may be an IMZ Nami A50 Squirrel from Russia in the mid 1950's in an open version similar to the below photo.
I could not find the original puzzle photo but it looks sort of close.
