Yes, this is the first Csaszi from József Császár. Powered by a Simson scooter engine. It was built in 1989-1990. It attracted the attention of a Hungarian company. Serial production was planned so the construction was developed further. But those were the days when the Iron Curtain fell and eventually the plans were not realised.
