#7 looks awfully like a 1960s TVR Griffith/Tuscan with widened wheelarches, but I've never seen one with lights atop the wings like that. It wouldn't be one of those would it?
I think #7 is a 1940 Buick Roadmaster.

Like some other cars of similar vintage, I think that more than one make and/or model of car used the same light units.
