I was mistaken!

The country was not guessed yet, but the direction of Montenegro is right.

The year is I believe not 2011. But it is not far off either!

I do apologize for putting you in the wrong direction!

If Montenegro is close, and it's somewhere that hasn't yet appeared on Autopuzzles, could it be Kosovo?

Babai1
Sali and Veton Vranovci from the town of Pejės built this car. It took them three years to complete it.

After several unsuccesful attempts in both Serbian and Albanian, I finally typed toyota kosovė in Google Albania and this was the 2nd result. Now I am curious, how did you find it in the first place :)?

I searched for it in Serbian as I saw we had no cars from Kosovo. I tried similar things in other languages. It is of course not a perfect way of finding things, but sometimes you unearth funny things, like this vehicle.

I've been in Peć (Pejė / Peja / Пећ)  but did not see it  ;D.
There should be a separate thread for the vehicles they ride (and build) there...some of them are just an engine with a couple of wheels and a chart.

Never been there. Maybe something for the future.
