Neil Sidders outlaw bodied roadster. Ed Roth built the Outlaw bodies in the late 1950's. Neil Sidders built his car in 1972. Blown Oldsmobile engine, pair of 1924 Ford TT frame rails. Scott Gray is the current owner of the car. Your photo shows the nose modified in 1977.

Sorry, had to remove photos that I uploaded to this puzzle. Because of hacker who is copying these photos onto my computer in enormous copy numbers. Maybe someone else can upload photos of this puzzle car.
