I'm afraid the postcard that was mailed in 1920 from Brussels has the wrong car
First picture below shows what a 1920's Majola looks like, 2 or 4 cylinder petrol engines.
Second picture is a Rauch & Lang electric car, notice the rectangular side lamps with oval lenses and the rather square rear end boot/trunk
Third picture is a Detroit Electric Brougham, notice the tapered side lamps and the more rounded rear end.
The Rauch & Lang and the Detroit Electric look very alike, but the side lamps and boot/trunk line is slightly different, these two details were what made me choose Rauch & Lang for my first answer.
