Door handles look like Ferrari's ones, but not the dashboard and the gear lever...an American replica?

I didn't even realize that it was Intermeccanica who took care of the body construction. Thanks for filling in the details.
This particular image is from a 1967 5000GT model (though as far as I know there weren't any significant year-to-year changes).

Smiths instruments, BMC Mini toggle switches.  So, is it a Bristol?
