Well theoretically 1935 is right but this particular car is from a much later date... Besides it's a Wolseley Hornet xxxxxx So can you tell me what's the story  here ? Still locked until you next reply, after that I open it up again

I really like the car,but I have been unable to find positive info. All I can say is that the base is a Wolseley Hornet Special 1935, with a 1.6 engine now registered in Germany and the picture was taken at the Shauinslank Klassik event in 2011.It is very similar to a supercharged one currently racing in UK quite successfully. Not enough for a point, but could help someone else to find the solution.

When preparing my reply I found out that the pictured car is indeed a Wolseley Hornet from 1935, so Giles was right. It has been my mistake to show the wrong picture, sincere apologies for that. So I will award the point to Giles. At a later moment I will post the car that I originally had in mind.
