For one point: What is that car (easy) and what is that young lady's name and title. as seen here (perhaps self-evident, but not as easy - though easy on the eyes)?

That doesn't quite answer the question. As I blurred the plate, I can only guess at how you discerned the place of registration.

“Miss Dangerous Curves of 1954″ 18 year old Helen Fleming, of Golden, Colorado. She was chosen at the Buffalo Bill Mountain hill climb for sports cars.
Yes there's also a car in the picture and it's a Jaguar XK 120.
