For one point: Name that car - year and make.

Only a correct, complete and specific answer will earn a point; tag-on's to other guesses will not. So, be specific and complete!

1898 Hay (or Hay & Hotchkiss) Motor Vehicle Stanhope Phaeton .  Built by the Hay & Hotchkiss Company of New Haven Connecticut, this prototype is thought to be the oldest American automobile with a four cylinder internal combustion engine, and the only known Hay Motor Vehicle, in existence.  It was probably the only Hay ever built, and is currently located in the Fountainhead Antique Auto Museum in Fairbanks, Alaska, USA.
