All I can find is that Tony Seber has built a few cars called Wolseley Hornet Specials , based on cars dating from 1935/36, and I presume he constructs his own chassis.

I found the phone number of the Wolseley Hornet Special Owners Club and was tempted to phone them, but I decided it was cheating. The Nuffield Group shared many components so may be the chassis is a Morris?

I think it's the following car : built by John Seber on a 1933 Triumph Gloria chassis, with a 14hp Hornet New 14 engine and gearbox, and a body in the style of an Alfa Romeo Monza.
