Obviously lacking a child safety seat.

For one point, please respond and identify this car.

German, about 1919? If yes a Koco?
While searching for a Moll picture...I found it.  It is a Charles Mochet cyclecar from 1925, one of his first attempt to transform a pedal-car into a engined car; it was powered by a 500 cc. 2 cyclinder engine.

That's where I saw it!
I was looking for similar cars too, but in the wrong country!

Well done, targhediferro! It is indeed a CM (for Charles Mochet) 500.

One more point for you.
