Looks like a conversion of an MG Midget or Austin Healey Sprite. Is it an Ashley conversion?

Steve Cowling in his 1972 MG Midget drag racer. It has a 1310cc A-Series engine, nitrous oxide injection and a Garrett turbocharger.
