Who knows this car?

One point only for the car AND the identification of the accident...

The puzzle car was chassis DB3S/6. The sister coupe DB3S/7 also crashed just a few metres down the road, near Maison Blanche. The blame has always been the aerodynamics which were not fully understood in those days. (There was a noticeable bump in the road at that spot, which meant the cars became airborne.) During the night someone stole all 6 Weber carbs from the two cars! Here's the crashed sister car.
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

What a shame - those were most attractive cars. :-[

Thank you for this additional information.

Another fine example, that attractiveness is not everything - in life and on the road... ;D
