The University of Patras made a prototype electrical car. It was called Rio after a resort next to this university. I understand the Greek branch of Nissan (Teocar) was involved in it.

If I'm right, I still think it should be DeAutogids' point...I just Googled "university of Patras" plus "Citycar" and found that name.

According to my Greek source it was based on previous work on the Neorion Bicini. He calls it a blatant copy
