Not Kieft-based
I guess the wheels look as though they came from a Kieft but I don't know....

I've found a pic of the Cooper. and it's nothing like it!

Is this a one-off or was it a limited production car?

It is a one-off by a company that went on to produce many cars.....this was one of the first cars they built

According to Georgano, Jack Turner only supplied the chassis and running gear - the engine and body were the choice of the buyer. So the first few cars (7 road cars) would all have been different.

That's true of course....we've already had a few of those as puzzles here in the past
  - this is chassis No. 2 that was later converted to a sports racer with a different body.
