Close enough to score the point.

I have it as Imperia TA 7 by Conrardy.

(I don't know where bintner part is coming from.)

Bill Murray

As I understand it, the full name of this coachbuilder was "Maison Mich Conrardy-bintner"
9 Rue Henri VII Limpertsberg, Luxembourg.  In operation from 1933-1947.

I assume this is the same Conrardy that built the car in your quiz photo.

I could not find your photo and the only other photo I found was a very tiny photo of a hearse from the early 1930's on a site devoted to the history of metal working companies in Luxembourg.

Even searching Google.lu only turns up this same photo and the same website.

If you have further information, it would be most valuable.

I don't have much info neither.

My source is a book about the Belgian brand Imperia.

The photo caption mentions something like: "Imperia TA 7 bodied by Conrardy in Luxembourg.  This company from the grand duchy that employed around 20 people made carbodies for customers from Imperia (Vander Elst, Ca-VA-Seul, etc,...).  The naked chassis' equipped with a covered engine were driven(!) by the Imperia staff to the coachbuilder.  ... The last delivery was driven to Luxembourg on 10 may 1940.  The cost of the body was around 5000 FB."

Thanks very much for the additional information.
I will try to track something down on the two firms you mention.
