Hoping it is not a repost...I haven't found it...can you identify this little car?

yes,I,ve read about this car before,I believe it,s the Meijer,s woody,a home-built car of 1953?

Yes, now I'm sure we speak about the same car. I had it as a Story derived called De Zaaiers Eigenbouw.  I see that Meijer is the man who built it and the leader of the De Zaaiers, a dutch orchestra.
I add the original picture and a photo of the base car, a Story.

Presumably the Dutch "Eigenbouw" means the same as the German "Eigenbau" which translates as "Home built" or what the English would term "A special"
