found recently, on an '80s French mag advert a small pic of a car very similar to this one, built by Tony Gillet

Although it doesn't sound very Belgian, on the internet, there is mentioned that Szpalski, the man who built it, was a Belgian.
Apparently, some information about this car can be found in the Dutch magazine 'Het Automobiel' from April 1984.
