Well, you convinced me. One point for you.

And yet, I would like to receive more information about this vehicle. I have two old Soviet magazine with small notes about it, in them shown 2 variants of the designer's surname - Катлер (Catler?) and Кутлер (Cutler?). Here I found a third - Kettler. I can not find any information about who was right.
I would like to see any foreign source, to finally learn real name (and perhaps specifications of this vehicle) ...
