The lunar / extraterrestrial guesses are at least in the right ball-park, when measured on the scale of uniqueness. However, as I recall, wheeled vehicles did drive upon the Moon's surface, some decades ago.

To my knowledge, no car was ever built and driven, that matches the design brief for this puzzle car, though at least one maker suggested they could/would build one.
