Well that looks like a Lister-Chevrolet, and I'd say that No. 62 is one of Briggs Cunningham's Listers in which case, based on the race numbers we are at Watkins Glen on or about 26 September 1959
Opinionated but sometimes wrong

I think No. 36 is Fred Windridge's Lister-Chevrolet (c/n: BHL114) running in class BM and entered by Kelso Auto Dynamics at the Watkins Glen GP 26th. Sep. 1959. The car was a non-finisher.

I'd go with 1959 Road America 500 (Sep 13, 1959) - #62 is Cunningham's Lister-Corvette, #65 - Cunningham's OSCA and #36 - Kelso's Lister-Corvette.

I should add that No. 62 is the Briggs Cunningham/Ed Crawford Lister-Jaguar and the white car (No. obscured) may be the Osca of Lonnie Rix.

Should have given more attention to those fences in the background, which scream "Watkins Glen!'  :P

Not that I grudge the point, but that's roughly what I wrote half an hour sooner in reply 1, apart from the names of entrant/driver, class and (non-) finishing position - but only make year and place were asked for ;D. ;)

Re-reading your response, I agree. A point has been added to your total.
