Strange... I was seeing it. I deleted it, uploaded it again, and I do see it. I guess this is solved.

It seems that the glitch was an uncomplete jpeg marker when I saved the file on my HD.
I repaired this for good.

I found this photo while looking for something completely different. I think it's a Kauneel trailer.

Caption reads;

Just in time, because I first found ye picture that uo posted, then went to the Library of Congress website where I got the puzzle picture. Here it is, uncropped.Recently, Shorpy posted it too, so my puzzle was bound to be solved soon. But you did it the hard way.
