Or perhaps 1964.  The article discusses going 185 mph on the motorway in 1963...

AC Cobra is correct, but this particular car participated in a well-known race in 1964 and there it was called just a slightly different. Can you find out ? Locked for you 24 h

According to 'official' Le Mans records the car was registered under a slightly different name, but you are close. Hint : the pictured car was driven by Sears/Bolton as far as I know.

I'll be very interested to see what you come up with as the name for this car since its correct name has already been given.
The official Automobile Club de l'Ouest Le Mans website does not include results so I don't know where you have got "Official" Le Mans records from.
Because of the many variants of Cobra some models, and indeed some individual cars, have been given 'populsr' names to distinguish them and that may be the case with this one.

I can't find any more obscure names for the car, although I'm sure you have one in mind.

It was also called BPH 4B, after the assigned license plate.  It was not the "Super Coupe", and it was not the Willment Coupe.

Other LeMans names used:
A.C. Cobra - Ford Coupé
AC Cobra Coupe
A.C. Cobra Coupe Ford
AC Coupé
AC Cobra Le Mans Coupe'
AC Cobra Ford Coupe Bolton - Sears

Not sure what you are looking for, if it isn't contained in this list.

Your first one is the right one : AC Cobra-Ford Coupé. As far as I know that's how it was officially registered for the 1964 Le Mans race. But I am aware there are several names for this car. A point for you !

This car was certainly never referred to as the "AC Car Company Cobra Coupé" other than in the Cars for the Connoisseur / Classic Driver internet magazine piece featuring the puzzle photo, which I suspected was the name being sought.
As I understand it, the name of this car is simply the "AC Cobra Coupé".  It was produced by AC rather Shelby America so it is not a "Shelby Cobra ~"
I very much doubt that the Automobile Club de l'Ouest included the body style in their official entry lists but I accept that they may have included the engine type.
This particular car is the one that was tested, perfectly legally at that time, on the M1 motorway at a speed calculated as 185 mph as reported in the press at the time.
