Who built this coupe, what did he call it, and what is significant about the photo location?

This is Glowing Coupé a famous swedish hotrod built by Bo Sandberg aka Gamen. He is a legend in swedish hotrod history, he was among the very first to build trikes, T23´s etc.

After Gamen passed away this golden coloured 1932 Ford coupe was totally rebuild by his brother Sven Sandberg. I think the car lives in Norway theese days.

My guess is that the picture is taken at Anderstorp Raceway in 1968, the first drag race event held in Sweden.

A point goes to cljo for the complete answer.  My sources indicate the car was built by Sven, not his brother Bo.  (They probably worked together.  Construction started when Sven was 15.)

An obscure puzzle to one man, obvious to another.

The color of this car was originally called "Glowing Pink".  During restoration the color was changed to a bright orange.  Here is an old color picture.
