Another easy one. What is this, and from when does it date?

I think the fact that it's a Volga is pretty obvious and not really enough for a lock. However, I will leave this puzzle here in the rookie section for an extra couple of days to give you a chance to complete the answer.

Ok, it is a Gaz Volga M21, but it's certainly not a standard production version. I'll lock this for your next answer to say exactly what it is (quite easy, it's exactly what it looks like) and when it was built

They started in the mid 1950s [the earliest ones] and went thru to the 70s. There were changes made along the way. I think they just got uglier [my opinion :-)

GAZ M-21 Volga Prototype'1960 (ГАЗ М-21 "Волга" Прототип). Designers GAZ M-21 tried to change the look of the car by changing the body panels.

Right, it's a proposed restyle of the Gaz Volga M-21. I have a slightly later year than 1960 though, have another try

It's 1962.

So might look like Volga GAZ-21 after 1962, if it restyled. But - was not done.
